Termins and Conditions

1. Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all services, classes, and agreements of Coral Studios, located at Kerkstraat 62, 6291AD Vaals.
1.2 By booking a class or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Registration & Booking

3.1 Registration and booking of classes take place via the online booking system.
3.2 A reservation is final after payment has been made.
3.3 Classes, memberships, and credits are personal and non-transferable.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment is made in advance via the booking system.
4.2 Participation in classes is not possible without payment.
4.3 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.4 Coral Studios reserves the right to change prices.

5. Cancellation & No-show

5.1 Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
5.2 In case of cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, the class will be forfeited or charged.

6. Class Packages & Memberships

6.1 Class packages and memberships have a limited validity period as stated at purchase.
6.2 Unused classes expire after the validity period.

6.3 Memberships

6.3.1 Minimum term: 3 months.

6.3.2 Memberships are automatically renewed unless cancelled in good time.

6.3.3 Termination: After the first 3 months, you can terminate your membership with 4 weeks’ notice.

6.3.4 Pausing: You can pause your membership for up to 6 weeks within any 12-month period.

6.3.5 Pausing during the first 3 months: If you pause your membership during the first 3 months, the minimum term will be extended by the duration of the pause. For example, if your original minimum term ends on 1 December and you pause for 1 week, your minimum term will end on 8 December.

6.3.6 Weekly credits: Weekly class credits must be used within the same membership week.

6.3.7 Unused credits: Unused credits cannot be carried over to the following week and cannot be transferred to another member or a guest.

6.3.8 Availability: All bookings are subject to availability.

6.3.9 Monthly payment: The membership fee is charged once per calendar month, on the same date as the start date of your membership.

6.3.10  Membership week: The membership week runs from Monday to Saturday inclusive.

6.3.11  Family Discount: If the first/highest-priced membership within a household is terminated, the next membership moves up to the top position and the Family Discount is recalculated for the remaining memberships. Where there are three or more memberships covered by the Family Discount, the discount structure may be adjusted if one or more memberships are terminated.

6.4 Refunds for purchased products are not possible.

7. Health & Safety

7.1 Participation in classes is entirely at your own risk.
7.2 Participants are responsible for their own physical and medical condition.
7.3 Injuries, complaints, or pregnancy must be reported in advance.
7.4 In case of doubt, consult a doctor before participating.

8. Liability

8.1 Coral Studios is not liable for injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings.
8.2 Participation in all activities is at your own responsibility.

9. Studio Rules

9.1 Grip socks are mandatory during classes.
9.2 Participants must arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class.
9.3 Instructions from the instructor must be followed at all times.
9.4 Mobile phones must be on silent during class.
9.5 Respect for other participants and the studio is required.

10. Changes & Cancellation by Coral Studios

10.1 Coral Studios reserves the right to change classes, times, instructors, or locations.
10.2 In case of cancellation by Coral Studios, the class will be credited or rescheduled.

11. Privacy

11.1 Personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for administration and communication purposes.

12. Applicable Law

12.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
