IS PILATES FOR ME?
Short answer: very likely, yes.

Pilates supports many bodies, ages, and life stages. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced—every exercise can be adapted so you move safely and effectively.

Our studio welcomes people from many backgrounds and fitness levels, including:
-
Beginners who are new to Pilates or exercise
-
Anyone who enjoys challenging, purposeful workouts and wants to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness
-
Pregnant women who want to stay active during pregnancy and mothers rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength after birth
-
Seniors looking to improve balance, mobility, and stability
-
People experiencing back, neck, or joint discomfort
-
Professional and recreational athletes aiming to improve movement quality and prevent injuries
Pilates focuses on controlled, precise movement to build strength, flexibility, and better posture—without unnecessary stress on the body.
Every class is guided by an instructor who adapts exercises to your level and needs. Whether you’re starting out or seeking a focused, challenging workout, Pilates helps you move better, feel stronger, and progress with confidence.
BUYING CREDITS AND BOOKING A CLASS
At Coral Studios, we use Momoyoga as our booking system—a Dutch platform that started with yoga studios but works perfectly for pilates too (no worries, our pilates won’t get “yoganized” 😉). We love supporting local businesses, and Momoyoga helps us keep things simple and smooth. The easiest way to book is through the app, so you can manage your classes anywhere, but it also works via your browser. Just sign up using the link below to get started, and check out the tutorial if you need a quick guide.

Cancellation policy: Please cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the class to avoid losing your credit. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, the class will be charged or deducted from your class pass.
ATTENDING YOUR FIRST CLASS
Arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the instructor. They’ll welcome you, explain how everything works, and make sure you feel comfortable and ready to start.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. For safety and comfort:
-
Avoid sharp elements such as zippers, studs, or metal details that could damage the equipment
-
Avoid loose or hanging elements that could get caught in the machine
-
Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer classes. If you don’t have a pair yet, they can be purchased at the studio before your class

REFORMER EXPLAINED
The Reformer quickly becomes a trusted part of your training. It features a sliding carriage on a metal frame, with adjustable springs that provide resistance. A footbar, straps, and pulleys allow you to perform a wide variety of exercises for strength, flexibility, and alignment.
At first, it might look like rocket science—but don’t worry, it’s much easier than it seems! Invented over 100 years ago by Joseph Pilates, the Reformer was originally designed to help people build strength, improve mobility, and support rehabilitation. Step by step, you’ll discover how it helps your body become stronger, more stable, and better balanced.
